Macro - Country Economic Forecasts - Switzerland
We have cut our 2022 GDP growth forecast to 2.6% from 3.2% due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. For 2023 we now expect GDP growth of 1.4% instead of 1.6%. Sharply higher global energy and commodity prices, slower trade and generally higher uncertainty will weigh on Switzerland's growth.
