Macro - Country Economic Forecasts - Martinique
We revised our 2023 GDP growth forecast for Martinique to a much improved 2.8% y/y. Strong 2022 GDP data and a tourism recovery drives the upgrade while we also increased our 2024 growth projection by 0.3ppts to 1.9%. Additionally, government spending commitments agreed upon between France and the EU underlies future fixed-investment increases.
