We've lowered our GDP growth forecasts for Ireland by 0.5ppts to 0.1% y/y for 2024, and by 0.6ppts to 4.0% for 2025. Slightly softer-than-expected GDP in Q2 partly pushed us to downgrade this year's forecast. In the quarter, GDP rose by 1.2% q/q, whereas we anticipated a larger rebound of 1.5%. We've also cut our near-term outlook to reflect our revisions to the European outlook for economic growth and industrial production, which will likely weigh on Irish GDP.
