Macro - Country Economic Forecasts - Guyana
We expect Guyana's 2024 GDP growth to slow to 30.9%, following slightly stronger-than-expected estimate for 2023 of 36.1% growth. We forecast GDP growth to slow to 25.2% in 2025 and cool towards 4% over the medium term as base effects wane and oil production peaks.
