We have cut our 2025 growth forecast for Grenada by 0.4ppts to 3.7%. We think this summer's Hurricane Beryl, which wrecked infrastructure and housing in the northern islands of Carriacou and Petit Martinique, will leave a lasting mark on the supply side of the economy. The impact on 2024 growth will be more severe. We've lowered our forecast for this year by 0.7ppts to 3.6%. Still, we think strong growth in H1 2024 and the post-hurricane resilience of Grenada's tourism industry means growth will be positive this year and next.
