Macro - Country Economic Forecasts - Denmark
We've kept our 2024 GDP growth forecast for Denmark at 1.2%, but have cut our growth forecast for next year by 0.6ppts to 2.1%. Slower rate cuts by Danmarks Nationalbank, moderating pharmaceutical production growth, and weaker eurozone growth will weigh on the pace of the recovery next year. But we expect a slightly more frontloaded recovery in private consumption as inflation is low and the unemployment rate hasn't ticked up significantly.
