We currently maintain our GDP growth forecast at 3.4% this year as the Czech economy has emerged from the Omicron wave in line with our assumptions. However, we are likely to cut our forecast in light of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which has pushed up energy prices further on top of the large upside inflation surprise in January.
