According to the Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency of India Limited (ICRA), Indian companies are likely to raise more than INR 3.5 trillion (USD 48 billion) through infrastructure and real estate investment trusts in 2022, compared to the USD 29 billion raised in 2020.
