The furnace body is vertically placed and heated by resistance wires. The quartz bottle is vertically placed in the middle of the furnace body. After melting the gallium arsenide polycrystal at high temperature and welding the seed crystal, the thermal field is precisely controlled by the computer to slowly cool down, and the growth interface is gradually moved upward from the lower end of the melt to complete the crystal growth.
