A wireless tension sensor is a device that converts physical signals (i.e. tension or tension) into measurable electrical signals and transmits these signals wirelessly. It usually includes key components such as an elastic body, a strain gauge, a digital processing circuit board, a communication module, a battery, and an antenna. When the device under test is subjected to tension, the elastic body of the wireless tension sensor undergoes elastic deformation. The strain gauge attached to the inner wall of the elastic body cavity will deform with it, and its resistance will change (increase or decrease). The digital processing circuit board converts the resistance change collected by the strain gauge into an electrical signal (such as voltage or current). This process completes the process of converting external force into an electrical signal. Through the communication module and antenna, the processed electrical signal (i.e. load data) is wirelessly transmitted to the remote measurement and control terminal or data measurement and control center.
