Vacuum ion cleaners are substances produced by gas molecules under vacuum, electrical discharge and other special occasions. The plasma cleaning/etching generating plasma is set up in a sealed container. Widely used in surface degreasing and cleaning plasma etching, etching of polytetrafluoro (PTFE) and PTFE mixtures, surface activation and cleaning of plastics, glass, ceramics, plasma coating polymerisation and other processes, so also used in the automotive electronics field, military electronics field, PCB made industry and other high precision fields. The vacuum plasma cleaner consists of a reaction chamber, a power supply and a vacuum pump set. The sample is placed in the reaction chamber, the vacuum pump starts pumping to a certain vacuum level, the power supply is activated and plasma is generated, the gas is then passed into the reaction chamber, turning the plasma in the chamber into reaction plasma, which reacts with the sample surface to produce volatile by-products and is pumped out by the vacuum pump.
