Global Trace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer Market Growth 2024-2030
Trace atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) is a high-precision analytical instrument specifically used to determine trace (i.e. extremely low concentration) metal elements and some non-metal elements in substances. Its working principle is based on the absorption of electromagnetic waves (usually light) of a specific wavelength (or frequency) by the ground state atomic vapor of a substance. When light of a specific wavelength passes through the sample vapor containing the element to be measured, the atoms of the element to be measured will absorb the light corresponding to its characteristic spectral line, causing the intensity of the light to weaken. By measuring the change in light intensity, the concentration of the element to be measured in the sample can be calculated.
The global Trace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer market size is projected to grow from US$ million in 2024 to US$ million in 2030; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of %from 2024 to 2030.
