Tetramethylammonium Hydroxide (TMAH) Solution is an organic compound. According to the product type, it can be divided into electronic grade TMAH and industrial grade TMAH. Electronic grade TMAH has important applications in the semiconductor industry and microelectronics manufacturing, especially in photolithography and wafer cleaning processes.

Electronic grade TMAH is a high-purity organic compound specially used in precision manufacturing processes in the electronics industry. TMAH solution mainly has industrial grade and electronic grade. Although the price difference between the two is not big, the fundamental difference lies in the different impurity content.
