The single-channel single-beam atomic absorption spectrophotometer is an atomic absorption spectrophotometer with a relatively simple structure. The single-channel instrument has only one light source, one monochromator and one display system. This means that the instrument can only analyze one element at each measurement, and it is impossible to measure multiple elements simultaneously. The single beam means that the light emitted from the light source passes through the atomizer, monochromator and detection system only in the form of a single beam. Unlike the double-beam system, the single-beam system does not have a reference beam to correct the influence of factors such as light source fluctuations on the measurement results.
