Instant Black Tea Powder is made of high-quality black tea as raw material through pure water soaking-membrane separation-falling film concentration-spray drying. The product is brown black tea powder with a fineness of 80-150 mesh. It has good fluidity and dissolves in water, so it is called instant black tea powder. Instant black tea powder is divided into two categories-cold-soluble black tea powder and hot-soluble black tea powder. The main characteristics of cold-soluble black tea powder are: it can be completely dissolved when it comes into contact with water at a minimum dissolving temperature of 0°C, it is stable in an acidic environment without precipitation, and the solution is transparent and bright, suitable for use as soft drinks such as iced black tea drinks. Hot-soluble black tea powder is suitable for dissolving at a temperature above 60°C, with a rich internal aroma, bright red soup color, and a strong and fresh taste.
