Hydrogen sensor module is a device component used to detect hydrogen concentration. It is usually composed of sensitive elements, conversion elements and other auxiliary circuits or modules.

The sensitive element is the element in the sensor that is directly in contact with the substance to be measured (i.e. hydrogen). It can sense the change in hydrogen concentration and convert it into the corresponding physical quantity (such as resistance, conductivity, voltage, etc.). The material and structure of the sensitive element will produce certain physical or chemical changes in the adsorption, reaction or catalysis of hydrogen, thereby realizing the detection of hydrogen concentration.

The conversion element is responsible for converting the physical quantity signal output by the sensitive element into an electrical signal for measurement, display, recording or control. These electrical signals can be analog signals (such as voltage, current) or digital signals, depending on the design and application requirements of the sensor module.

In addition to sensitive elements and conversion elements, hydrogen sensor modules may also contain other auxiliary circuits or modules, such as temperature compensation circuits, signal amplification circuits, digital conversion circuits, communication interfaces, etc. These auxiliary parts can improve the performance, stability and ease of use of the sensor module.

The working principle of the hydrogen sensor module is based on the sensitivity of the sensitive element to hydrogen concentration and the signal conversion capability of the conversion element. When hydrogen molecules come into contact with the sensitive element, physical or chemical changes (such as adsorption, reaction, catalysis, etc.) will occur, causing the electrical properties of the sensitive element to change (such as resistance value change, conductivity change, etc.). The conversion element then converts this change in electrical properties into a measurable electrical signal output.
