The polymer solution stored in the liquid storage device flows out from the spinneret to form droplets, and the droplets on the surface of the electric field Charges are accumulated and stretched by electrostatic force to form a cone-shaped structure. Once the electrostatic force breaks through the surface tension, the jet will be excited to oscillate and shake rapidly in the air, stretching and refining continuously, while the solvent volatilizes, the jet solidifies, and finally settles on the collecting device to obtain nanofibers.
