Working principle: Two circulating steel belts run in the press body close to the rollers or chain blankets, the lower hot platen is fixed on the lower support surface of the frame, and the upper hot platen transmits pressure and heat through multiple groups of oil cylinders that can move up and down. The pre-pressed slab is sent to the press entrance with an entry angle by the conveyor, and then enters the press driven by the steel belt. At the entrance, the slab is gradually compressed and a large amount of gas in the slab is squeezed out. The temperature of the extruded gas rises due to the heating of the slab, and most of it enters the slab to be pressed to preheat the slab to be pressed. The slab continues to run with the steel belt and is pressurized and heated. The process of pressure and temperature stage changes that meet the requirements of slab hot pressing is completed in the entire hot press area. Then the finished plate is gradually separated from the steel belt driven by the steel belt and sent to the plate discharge conveyor.
