A diaphragm pressure transmitter is a sensor device used to measure the pressure of a liquid or gas. It consists of an isolating diaphragm (also known as a diaphragm or diaphragm) that separates the measured medium from the electrical portion of the pressure sensor. The working principle of the diaphragm pressure transmitter is to determine the pressure of the measured medium by measuring the pressure exerted on the diaphragm. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm will be bent or deformed, and then transmitted to the sensitive element of the sensor (such as a strain gauge). The sensor converts the deformation of the diaphragm into an electrical signal, which is amplified and processed to output a pressure-related electrical signal, usually an analog signal (such as voltage or current). Diaphragm pressure transmitters have the advantage of an isolation membrane, which can prevent the measured medium from corroding or damaging the electrical components inside the sensor. This design allows the pressure transmitter to be used in applications with liquids, gases or aggressive media.
