It can realize sub nanometer film thickness control. Based on the above characteristics, ALD technology is widely applicable to film deposition in different scenarios, and has good industrialization prospects in many high-end and cutting-edge fields such as photovoltaic, semiconductor, flexible electronics and other new displays, MEMS, catalysis and optical devices.
