July 2022: Legrand Group acquired an entire portfolio of USystems, which included ColdLogik Cooling Technology Ltd. The acquisition formed an integral part of Legrand to bolster its presence in the UK market. It also enhanced the company’s expertise in energy efficiency and specialist cooling technologies for data centers.
February 2022: Airdale launched four data center cooling solutions inclusive of “Smart Cool One” for hyperscale and colocation and hyperscale data centers, “IQityTM” for long uptime of data centers, and “DCS Enhanced Free Cooling Chiller Range” for data center environments.
January 2022: Munter, which is a global leader in energy-efficient air treatment and solutions, acquired EPAC, which is an Ireland-based manufacturer of data center cooling equipment. This acquisition strengthened Munter’s presence in the European market.
