However, the traditional on-premises licensing portion is expected to grow at a meager 0.6% CAGR, while software deployed as a public cloud service is expected to grow at a much more robust 12.9% CAGR. "We expect continued growth in the market. Macroeconomic factors such as inflation, recession, war, and supply chain are always threats, but the DR&P market has a certain amount of inelasticity. Those vendors better able to address public cloud services can benefit from the higher growth potential of that market segment."
