This IDC Market Note discusses Sage's recent announcement of its GenAI-powered digital assistant. U.K.-based software vendor Sage is set to launch Sage Copilot, a generative AI-powered digital assistant for small and midsize businesses. The assistant will help users perform tasks, create reports, and identify business issues using a natural language chat interface. The tool aims to increase user productivity and efficiency, enabling businesses to focus on growth. Sage Copilot will integrate with non-Sage applications and offer task automation, reporting, assisted authoring, and financial recommendations. The digital assistant is expected to launch in the U.K. later this year.
