Qualtrics Steps up Experience Management With Unstructured Data Analytics

This IDC Market Note presents IDC's opinions on XM Discover, Qualtrics' newly launched addition to its experience management proposition. The new release makes use of the AI-enabled analytics functionality gained from its acquisition of Clarabridge in 2021. Notably, Qualtrics also offers Social Connect, bringing social media harvesting to Qualtrics' continually evolving offering."As it integrates Clarabridge technology into its experience management stack, including social media listening and a full unstructured data analytics capability, Qualtrics is expanding its play in the customer listening and engagement space, and perhaps continuing its extension toward a broader CX/marketing platform," said Van Valdez, associate research director, European Customer Experience, IDC Europe.
