Konica Minolta Holds Hybrid Dealer Summit to Outline Its Strategy for a New Market

This IDC Market Perspective discusses Konica Minolta's one-day dealer summit that was held April 26, at its 18,000 sq ft Client Engagement Center at its Ramsey, New Jersey, headquarters. The summit, structured like a mini version of a typical dealer meeting, conveyed a message to renew its commitment to its dealer partners by highlighting growth opportunities available within an evolving business landscape that emphasizes digital transformation offerings and conventional copy/print technologies."In this meeting, Konica Minolta offered one of the industry's first in-person event after more than two years of meeting exclusively via virtual technology platforms," said Keith Kmetz, IDC's program vice president for Imaging, Printing, and Document Solutions. "The event offered a message of urgency to dealers to transform their business opportunity from a print/copy foundation to a more transformative technology platform with Konica Minolta as their strategic technology provider."
