This IDC PeerScape provides insights into four U.S. federal agencies that are generating real program and business value with AI; some technologists within these agencies are sharing the lessons learned and inviting open collaboration with their peers through established AI research and development centers of excellence (COEs)."While AI is not new to U.S. federal agencies, there are leaders who have taken well-studied and proven approaches to maximizing its value," said Thom Rubel, public sector adjunct research advisor with IDC's IT Executive Programs (IEP).
