This IDC Market Note looks at what recent layoffs within tech companies mean for the war for IT talent in Europe. While we have been used to seeing the tech industry being on massive hiring spree, 2022 and into 2023 saw even tech giants, such as Microsoft, Google and Amazon, going through firing rounds.
