It recorded 74% growth in revenue between 2021 and 2022 and increased its overall UCaaS share to 16.9%.Cisco grow 6.6% overall between 2021 and 2022. However, their market share dropped as other competitors have recorded faster growth.Zoom has seen an overall revenue growth of 132% between 2021 and 2022. Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) recorded growth in both private (25%) and public UCaaS (88%) between 2021 and 2022.Avaya recorded an overall UCaaS revenue decline of 6.3% between 2021 and 2022.
