Closer Look: Applying Enterprise Intelligence in Businesses
This IDC Perspective takes a closer look at how some organizations shifted their business models and/or workflows by leveraging on digital intelligence, one of the nine digital agenda items characterizing the Future Enterprise. The investments in and business strategies derived from intelligence technology and application have benefited both employees and customers. "Future Enterprises cannot remain a far-reaching vision for organizations; they need to be a business priority on all fronts, in terms of infrastructure, business model, and human resources," said Maxine Wong, associate market analyst for IDC's Asia/Pacific Analytics, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence practice. "Enterprises that invest in these areas recognize that digital transformation is a long-term goal made up of small, consistent accomplishments on the digital front," she added.
