Patient approaches, engagements, whole-person care, and the need for an elaborate flexible infrastructure of methodologies and technologies were on display. Reimbursement and data exchange strategies must drastically change to handle this new paradigm," says Jeff Rivkin, research director for Payer IT Strategies at IDC.
