CIOs Continue to Deliver Value in Troubled Times

According to Dr. Ron Babin, adjunct researcher, IDC, "Unpredictable economic times present both a challenge and an opportunity to CIOs. Trends in the global economy, such as rising interest rates and significant layoffs at technology firms, provide an opening for CIOs to explore revisions to IT provider contracts.
