REA Group and Domain Holdings dominate the industry, and most properties available at any one time are listed on their websites. However, the RBA has recently been lifting the cash rate, which has caused residential housing prices to plummet. The trend has been reflected in lower listing numbers, which has fuelled an anticipated revenue drop of 6.8% in 2022-23.
