An infrared liquid analyzer is an instrument that uses infrared spectroscopy to analyze liquid samples. It is based on the principle that molecules absorb infrared radiation of a specific wavelength in the infrared spectral range, and determines its composition and concentration by measuring the absorption characteristics of the sample in the infrared spectral region. Infrared liquid analyzers work on the principle that when infrared light passes through a liquid sample in a sample cell, chemicals in the sample absorb specific frequencies of infrared radiation.
