The 4-electrode conductivity unit consists of 2 current electrodes and 2 voltage electrodes. The voltage electrode and the current electrode are coaxial. During the measurement, the measured liquid passes through the gap between the two current electrodes. AC signals apply. Through the two ends of the current electrode and the current, an electric field is established on the liquid medium, and the voltage is induced by the two voltage electrodes, so that the voltage between the two voltage electrodes is kept constant. The current flowing through the two current electrodes is linear to the conductivity of the liquid. The 4-electrode conductivity sensor has the following features. 1) The current electrode is separated from the voltage electrode, and the current electrode is powered by a constant current source, which can effectively avoid the influence of bias impedance. 2) High sensitivity and strong pollution prevention and control capabilities. 3) The 4-electrode conductivity cell has an ultra-fine structure, large lead space and short distance, suitable for long-term on-site measurement.
