Smoking prevalence in China was 23.2% in 2023 with 44.6% of men and 1.2% of women classified as smokers. Yunyan by China National Tobacco Corp (CNTC) was the most preferred cigarette brand by Chinese in 2023. Belize was the leading exporter of cigarettes from China.
