Precast Concrete Products
Precast concrete product demand in the US is projected to reach $12.3 billion in 2020 on yearly advances of 4.1 percent. Increases in construction activity across the residential and nonresidential building, transportation, and utilities segments will be the primary driver of demand advances, although the performance advantages of precast concrete products will support some growth as well.
Products covered by the study include:

architectural building components (e.g., decorative façades, roofing tiles, siding, door and window components, fencing)

water and waste handling products
utility products
cemetery products
other products (agricultural products, marine products, retaining walls, and all other components)
Such products as in situ poured concrete; concrete blocks, bricks, and pavers; and concrete pipe are excluded from the scope of the study.
