Total demand is segmented by market in terms of: office, retail, and lodging; industrial; institutional; transportation and other commercial such as post offices, airport terminals, and recreational facilities; multifamily residential; single-family residential; and manufactured housing.
To illustrate historical trends, total demand is provided in annual series from 2012 to 2022; the various segments are reported at five-year intervals for 2012, 2017, and 2022.
