The software defined data center market size was valued at USD 58.04 billion in 2023, and the market is now projected to grow from USD 71.09 billion in 2024 to USD 307.79 billion in 2032, exhibiting a CAGR of 20.1% during the forecast period of 2024-2032.

The software defined data center market growth was initially pulled back by the COVID-19 pandemic as organizations cut back their spending and delayed projects. However, the COVID outbreak forced employees to work from home and created pressure on the application of cloud infrastructures boosting the SDDC adoption.
