As more and more consumers cause higher demand for natural and organic foods, stores are going to have to change their inventories to comply with demand. Natural and organic food leaders such as Trader Joes and Whole Foods won’t be the only stores carrying all natural products anymore. Retail moguls such as Wal-Mart, Target and Krogers will move into the market. Food brand and manufactures too will have to change their strategies.
