It consists of a high-voltage power generator and a discharge electrode (usually made of ion needles), which ionizes the air into a large number of positive and negative ions through a high-voltage corona discharge at the tip. Then, a large number of positive and negative ions are blown to the surface of the object by wind to neutralize static electricity, or the static electricity eliminator is directly placed near the surface of the object to neutralize static electricity.
